What is your returns policy?

You have 14 days to return unused devices for a full refund. Faulty items are covered by a 12-month warranty. PAYG top-ups are non-refundable. Refunds processed within 10 working days.

Do you offer SIM only deals?

Yes – unlimited 5G data for £20/month or 20GB for £12/month. Both include EU roaming and personal hotspot. Call us to activate today.

Are your phones unlocked?

All our phones are factory unlocked and work with any UK network (EE, O2, Vodafone, Three, etc.). SIM-free and ready to use.

How long does delivery take?

Orders placed before 3pm Monday-Friday are dispatched same day. Next-day delivery available for most postcodes. Free standard delivery (2-3 working days).
